Precision Table run-out
The Table is supported by a hydrostatic bearing guide way, and a mechanism that minimizes influence of vibration and heat generation from the table drive motor is equipped.
Machine Rigidity Increased to the Maximum Limit
The Column and Cross-rail are monoblock cast. high rigidity and high precision V-V Roller Guide Way with Non-Circular System is equipped in the saddle guide way, and high rigidity is realized.
