1. Requests from customer, Proposal to customer

Based on customer's requests, We present a proposal.

2. Master mold production / build-to-customer, Replica mold production

We propose a shape that meets customer needs.

We accept customer using a mold and build-to-order mold production(*).

We accept build-to-order mold production of electrocasting mold.

e.g. Electrocasting mold, resin mold.

3. Resin mold production

The customer can watch the production done.
Sheet production by the imprinting machine ST50 or production by the roll-to-roll imprinting machine.

4. Imprinting sample production

The customer can watch the production done.
The imprinting machine ST50 and the roll-to-roll imprinting machine CMT-400U are used.
