The rate of India's economic growth this year is expected to be 5.5%, and under current circumstances with the American economy still recovering, even further growth can be achieved from now.
We have been selling our die casting machines in India since 1980 and a
large number of customers have been using them.
The die casting machine users in India exceed 250 companies with the machines consisting of 350ton and smaller at 60%, 800ton and smaller at about 35% and 1000ton and larger at the remaining 5%. As for their market, 60% are motor-vehicle-related (two, three and four wheeler) parts; 15% electrical and related; 10% textile related; another 10% home appliance and electronics related; 5% others.
Looking at the market size in India, from Maruti Udoyog Ltd. down, a total
of 11 companies as four-wheeler makers, and 5 to 7 companies such as Hero
Honda, Bajaj Auto Ltd., etc as those of motorcycles, motor scooters and
mopeds are doing their manufacture/sales. Looking to the market needs in
the future, the demand for cars and two-wheelers will increase making the
number of production surpass what was expected in comparison to the previous
year by far.
In addition, Japanese subsidiaries have also started full-scale activities
to join this continuously expanding market in India and are accelerating
to start their businesses, which will stimulate the market expansion furthermore.
The outlook for the future is that as the export for Europe and America
increases, high-quality products under strict quality control are to be
required generating customer needs to meet that product quality requirements.
We are determined to offer aggressively our total services including our
high-performance die casting machines together with casting solution technology
to fulfill those customer needs. |
As for our servicing business, we would like to introduce Kaushiks International.
We have entrusted/transferred the installation works to Kaushiks International
having established a prompt servicing organization locally. It also has
a service office in Delhi in addition to its head office in Bangalore.
