Hydraulic System: Dual Flow Pump and Servo Motor

Toshiba machine-DTS series Machine are equipped with unique Servo Hydraulic "Dual Flow Pump and Servo Motor" offering lower connected load. The SERVO Pump System delivers optimum power required for various stages in molding process (by varying the frequency of the voltage; current utilization depends on the load/resistance), the flow (pump rotating speed) is precisely controlled by the AC servo motor and driver based on the Command signals from the PLC. The Servo drive computes deviation by detecting load pressure against a speed/pressure command signal from the system and provides a rotating speed command to the servo motor offering higher precision and better response control is achieved in the injection molding process.

The DTS series of machines is a work horse and comes with the proven LNC6 control system from Toshiba Machine. The DTS machines have a modular design and offer a choice of variety of injection units to suit the product application precisely.
