SUPER-HIGH-SPEED INJECTION CONTROL
The super-high-speed injection on the multistage injection machine shortens the fill time, increases the transmittable casting pressure, makes a sound surface structure and improves the internal quality by fully compressing the porosities.

SUPER-LOW-SPEED INJECTION CONTROL
Our original super-low-speed injection control stabilizes the velocity, which is the most important in laminar-flow die casting, and makes possible die cast parts with no gas entrapment.

PRESSURE BUILDUP CONTROL
Shibaura Machine makes its die casting machines possible to control freely the pressure buildup time by using its unique two-cylinder type injection, allowing that control to suit each quality requirement.

ELECTROMAGNETIC PUMP MELT FEED

ELECTROMAGNETIC PUMP MELT FEED
The electromagnetic pump melt-feed-system reduces the shot-time-lag from the time of melt feed start until the time of injection start, and yields strength products free of scattered chill layers. In addition, it lowers the content of oxides since the melt does not come in contact with air.

LOCAL SQUEEZE (THE SQUEEZE MASTER)

LOCAL SQUEEZE (THE SQUEEZE MASTER)
It controls the state of pressurizing from the end of melt fill to the end of solidification suiting to its degree. The automatic compensation of pressure, flow rate or timing will materialize an ideal shrinkage porosity countermeasure.

VACUUM CONTROL AND GAS PRESSURE DETECTION

VACUUM CONTROL AND GAS PRESSURE DETECTION
It has made it possible to shut off the vacuum valve always before the end of shot to prevent the melt from getting into the vacuum valve. Controlling the vacuum degree inside the die makes the quality consistent.

SLEEVE

HEAT-INSULATING SHOT-SLEEVE
In the face of steel material, heat conductivity equivalent to that of a ceramics has been achieved on this special material sleeve. Without a worry of breakage on handling, it prevents the melt temperature drop and reduces the generation of solidified structures. (For Magnesium)

LONGEVITY SHOT-SLEEVE
Compared to conventional SKD material sleeves, the life span is expected to be five to 10 times, making it contribute to consistent qualities.

DIE CASTING MONITOR EQUIPMENT (CASTVIEW)

DIE CASTING MONITOR EQUIPMENT (CASTVIEW)
All kinds of analog data such as injection speed, pressure, temperature, flow rate, gas pressure, etc in conjunction with time are to be easily digitized and monitored. With "the management by seeing", the quantitative management is materialized.
